Returns

we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Non-returnable items 

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Final sale or clearance items

If you receive an order damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo of the item and packaging. we will review the issue and provide a replacement or full refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We offer free shipping on orders, but return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Third-party supplier products

Some products sold on our store are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Return eligibility, processing times, and refund approvals may vary depending on the supplier's policies. Please contact us before returning any supplier-fulfilled item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
