Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders may experience additional processing delays during public holydays or supplier holiday periods.

Delivery times

Estimated  delivery times vary depending on the product and destination:

• Products shipped from our inventory: 5-10 business days 
• Products fulfilled by third-party suppliers: 7-15 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier or supplier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
